Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Placid, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A general overview of the contract scope includes: All labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to provide the foundation and surrounding sidewalks for a prefabricated concrete restroom, provide septic tank, pump station and all necessary sewer and water lines as shown in the contract documents. Contractor will also be responsible for supplying crane to set the prefab concrete restroom onto the foundation. Heaviest pick is 80,000lbs.
