Renovation of a multi-residential development in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Balcony & Railing Guard Restoration at 46 Maria Street, Penetanguishene, ON. This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The SCHC is requesting tenders from qualified contractors for the restoration of the balcony and railing guards using a Q-Deck design and aluminium/glass panel for the railings as per the tender documents. It is SCHC's preference to repair the Q-deck system using the given sealants and products as mentioned in the scope of work to solidify bonding and complete restoration. As well as a slab polyurethane waterproofing membrane installation using MasterSeal pedestrian traffic 1500 by BASF as stated per tender documents. As for railing guard restoration, use of aluminium glass and panel guards is a must as stated per tender. The location of work is 46 Maria Street, Penetanguishene, ON.
