Certification with the Department of Transportation does not meet the above-mentioned requirement for pre-qualification. The bidder must be qualified in the classification of the prime contract. The contract for this work shall be awarded or rejected within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening bids. Funds are presently available for this acquisition.
