Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This Request for Proposal is issued by UHN for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of Electrical Switchboard Load Metering at Toronto General Hospital. The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be July-August 2024) for a period of one (1) year. o Temporary load monitoring of switchboard main breakers across all of TGH for a period of 1 week during the Summer and Winter respectively. o A report outlining the results of the power monitoring as well as outlining the breaker/board capacities as well as indicating the existing amount of safe spare capacity that remains. A chart comparing actual loading to existing breakers for safety purposes will be included in the report. o Installation of permanent CT/PT clamps and leads into switchboards where feasible. These shall be installed into an enclosure and made safe. This will allow for easy installation of power monitors at later dates and possibly be re-utilized for permanent monitoring.
