1. This Request for Pre-qualifications ("Rfpq") is Issued by Colliers Project Leaders to Establish a Vendor of Record List ("Vor List") With One or More Respondents. The Number of Vendors Colliers Intends to Qualify and the Term of This Vor List is Stated in Schedule 1 - Data Sheet. 2. Individuals or Firms That Submit Documents to This Rfpq Are Referred to as "Respondents". Each Member of a Respondent's Team, Other Than Its Employees, is Referred to as a "Team Member". Respondents Who Qualify in Accordance With This Rfpq to Be Added to the Vor List Are Referred to as "Qualified Vendors" or "Vendors". 3. A Detailed Description of the Services That Colliers Will Require From Qualified Vendors is Set Out in the Draft Master Agreement 4. The Process to Select Qualified Vendors to Establish the Vor List Will Commence With the Issuance of This Rfpq and Will Terminate When Colliers Identifies Qualified Vendors to Establish the Vor List (the "Rfpq Process") With the Execution of an Agreement "Final Master Agreement". Whether Qualified Vendors Will Be Required to Sign a Master Agreement Will Be Stated in the Data Sheet. 5. Infrastructure Ontario's Procurement Policy ("Procurement Policy") Applies to All Respondents Responding to This Rfpq, as Well as to the Qualified Vendors. The Procurement Policy is Available on Colliers Project Leaders' Branded Landing Page: Www.merx.com/colliersprojectleadersio Respondents Are Responsible for Reviewing the Procurement Policy and Ensuring That Their Conduct Always Complies With the Procurement Policy.
