Renovation of an educational facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Renovation of Existing First Floor Office and Classroom Spaces A Bid Bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in Arkansas payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as maybe required. A Performance and Payment bond will also be furnished by the successful bidder within ten (10)days after receipt of the intent to award notice. Failure The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. ***Document Note PRIME BIDDERS may obtain up to three sets of documents for a deposit of $50.00 per set. Deposits will be refunded to unsuccessful PRIME BIDDERS who return bidding documents in excellent condition within 10 days after bid opening. Sub-contractors, Material Suppliers, and others may purchase bidding documents from Southern Reprographics for the cost of printing, which is non-refundable. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Design Professional listed above, or his representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. The documents obtained through the Architect or his representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur
