London Drive Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Office and Garage The proposed work consists of but is not limited to: Furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and means necessary to construct the new Maintenance Office & Garage and Site/Utility Improvements. The proposed work is located at 34 London Drive behind the JTMUA's existing Water Treatment Plant. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a maximum of $20,000.00. Such certification is to be without condition or qualification, and the check made payable to The Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority. Each bid must also be accompanied by an agreement to become Surety, properly executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and which agreement shall be attached to the proposal. All bidders shall be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C.17: 27, requiring each bidder and each subcontractor to formulate and submit to the proper authorized representative of the State of New Jersey an affirmative action program of equal opportunity, which guarantees minorities employment in all categories.
