Hagerstown Community College is soliciting a request for proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Custodial Services on campus and off-site The Board of Trustees of Hagerstown Community College, also referred to as "The College" or "HCC", requests proposals from qualified contractors to provide custodial services in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein. Custodial services are required for a total of 415,257 square feet of floor coverage which includes Main Campus and off-site locations. The buildings are comprised of classrooms, laboratories, library, study areas, conference rooms, cafeterias, multiple eating areas, restrooms, art workshop areas, gym, locker areas, faculty offices and administration offices Questions regarding clarification to the contents of the RFP will be accepted, in writing, from the time of RFP receipt by prospective Offerors until 12:00 PM on May 31, 2024.
