Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work is being done on the ACC North Campus and involves work within the existing substation, powerhouse and the area in between. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation and commissioning of all material to provide a complete functional system: installation of 15kV cells in substation, installation of 15kV cable, installation of 12.5kV/120/208V 500kVA oil filled transformer, extension of and new concrete pads, cut over of existing secondary cables, testing and commissioning of installed infrastructure. Work site location will be occupied during construction. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/06/20 04:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
