Project No. 13457 This streetscape project includes planters, sidewalks, shade sails, decorative lighting, landscape and activity area. Access to businesses must be maintained at all times. Coordination with outside utility companies to perform underground transition. Location: Nebraska Ave. from the West side of Grand Blvd. to the East side of Adamas St, including the public parking lots to the E and W of 5751 Missouri Ave. and including 5744 Missouri Ave (Cavalier Sq.). The following improvements are included: - Hardscaping improvements for existing streets, sidewalks, squares and parking lots. - Lighting - Eleven (11) concrete planters with integrated benches. - Irrigation and landscaping - Stormwater coordination - Ten (10) shade canopies Nebraska Ave - One (1), 2-part shade canopy at Cavalier Square - Relocating underground utilities
