The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. The City of New Port Richey is currently seeking proposals for RFP23-001 Construction Management Services for the City of New Port Richey Railroad Square Improvement Project. This RFP is for full coordinated construction management services for all construction trades in conjunction with the referenced project. This streetscape project includes planters, sidewalks, shade sails, decorative lighting, landscape and activity area. Access to businesses must be maintained at all times. Coordination with outside utility companies to perform underground transition. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the proposer's name and full address along with "RFP24-020 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY RAILROAD SQUARE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT." Proposals shall be submitted in the form and manner contained in the Proposal Requirements. The successful proposer will be required to comply with the provisions of all State of Florida and federal laws concerning public works projects. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any technicalities and irregularities in the proposals and to hold the proposal proposals for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening set forth above.
