Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/24. This RFP is open to pre-qualified firms only. Proponents are invited who have been pre-qualified based on specific information previously submitted through The City's Prequalification for Engineering and Architectural Consultants RFPQ 06-006. Proposals will only be considered from proponents that have achieved a pre-qualified status in the following discipline(s): Bridges and Other Transportation Structures - Maintenance and Rehabilitation. The City of Calgary requires a qualified engineering firm to conduct inspection, documentation and reporting of the condition of the underwater foundation elements (footings, pile caps, pier shafts and abutments) of the bridges This project anticipates the following Phases: Phase 1: Inspection; and Phase 2: Inspection report submissions 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 3. Anticipation project completion date is 2025 October 17. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
