Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pikeville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 102,231-square-foot, five-story above grade educational facility; and one-story below grade parking garage.
The University of Pikeville is accepting bids for the construction of the Tanner College of Dental Medicine (TCDM), which will consist of a new five-story structure with a parking level below. The major program elements are classroom space, administration and faculty offices, clinical spaces, and simulation labs. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 10-3-2025. All bidder questions are due by 10/16/25 by 2:00PM ET. Following this date and time, no additional questions will be addressed prior to bids.
