The State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Division of Facilities Development (DFD), requests Bids for the purchase of Water Treatment Service Program for Select Steam Heating and Cooling Systems for state Plants excluding the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. This Contract will run for an initial three (3) year period. DOA DFD and the Contractor, upon written mutual agreement, may renew the Contract for up to an additional two (2), one (1)- year renewal periods.
