Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
$500,001 - $1,000,000 PID-24-22207D-1 A. The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents. ARCHITECTURAL 1. Remove and install new walk-in freezer and refrigerator. 2. Remove portion of quarry floor, portion of ceiling required to install new walk-in freezer and refrigerator. 3. Install new mechanical curb on roof. Repair existing roof. STRUCTURAL 1. Demolish existing recessed slab at walk-in refrigerator and freezer. Construct new concrete recessed slab. MECHANICAL 1. Provide insulated drain pipe with heat trace for walk-in freezer evaporator unit. 2. Extend drain with trap to nearest floor drain as shown. 3. Provide insulated refrigerant piping between outdoor refrigeration rack for walk-in units and evaporators. Coordinate with food service contractor. ELECTRICAL 1. Disconnect & remove power to the existing walk-in freezer evaporator, condenser, associated wiring, conduit disconnect. 2. Provide power to the new walk-in freezer evaporator, condensing unit. Provide associated wiring, conduit & disconnect. 3. Disconnect & remove power to the existing walk-in refrigerator evaporator, condenser, associated wiring, conduit disconnect. 4. Provide power to the new walk-in refrigerator evaporator, condensing unit. Provide associated wiring, conduit & disconnect. 5. Provide new power panel "kc" to power new walk-in freezer & refrigerator system. 6. Provide power receptacle for all the temporary reach-in freezers and refrigerators.
