The work will involve rehabilitation of 54-inch diameter, 30-inch diameter, and 24-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe and identified sewer manholes using cured in place pipe (CIPP). Work is located within the cities of Englewood and Littleton, Colorado As detailed in the Plans and Specs, Attachment 3, the Contractor shall perform bypass pumping and/or flow control, cleaning pipes, cleaning and preparing manholes, installation, testing, and pre- and post-televising (CCTV) of pipe interiors, and reconnecting service taps. The Contractor shall also be responsible for traffic control. Some work will occur on the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) right-of-way and Santa Fe Drive (US 85) where lane closure durations are restricted. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying affected businesses, tenants, and property owners prior to mobilization, and shall be responsible for coordinating access to property and use of property for staging as applicable. Work shall be completed within 90 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed from the city.
