As of July 25, 2024 this project was awarded to Stewart Brothers, Inc. with the awarded amount of $439,435.27 City of Oakwood Public Works is accepting bids for FDR, mill, patch, overlay, striping, and traffic control as needed for various streets.. The work consists of FDR, milling, patching, and overlaying various streets within the City of Oakwood. Each bid must include signed bid sheet accompanied by a bid bond, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, and E-Verify Affidavits for contractor and subcontractors. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any of all bids, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be for the best interest of Owner. All work under this agreement will be completed on or before October 31st, 2024
