Renovation of a municipal facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Pee Dee Regional Council of Governments is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified plumbing companies to replace existing plumbing on (2) buildings on the property. Also to tie 2 shut off valves into the system. Two (2) buildings on the property have existing metal piping that needs to be re-plumbed. Existing water lines need to be replaced with piping, PEX, etc., and other materials needed to complete the job properly. Two shut off valves to stop water flow to each building need to be installed. (Currently there is only one shut off valve at the front of the property). TSI was recently abated.
