Augusta Regional Landfill - LFGCCS Expansion" to the Augusta County Service Authority for construction of a landfill gas collection and control system expansion located at 749 Christians Creek Rd, Staunton, VA 24401 The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 180 calendar days from date of notice to proceed. Bidders should submit questions to the Engineer at the pre-bid meeting or via e-mail to AWorth@scsengineers.com prior to July 3, 2024 Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form 00 41 13. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission subject to Section 2.2-4330 of the Code of Virginia, as amended. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
