Site work for a mixed-use development in Tivoli, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Tivoli is requesting bids for the drainage improvements for the propertyof thefuturefirehouseexpansion. Site improvements include but are not limited to, site preparation, installationof newdrainageswale,installation of new drainage structures, connection to existing drainage systemonCR78. Theprojectalsoincludes alternates that benefit the future construction of the fire house expansion. Questions are due by noon on June 14, 2024 and must be submitted in writing to rloucks@crawfordandassocaites.com Reference Number 0000354183 the Village of Tivoli Fire House Drainage Project, including, but not limited to, tree removal, site preparation, drainage improvements as well as landscaping in the Village of Tivoli. Question Deadline 06/14/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions regarding the project plans and specifications will be accepted in writing . Each bidder must deposit with the bid the required security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or a bid bond subject to the conditions of the bid documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the bid opening. *The Village of Tivoli expressly reserves the right to waive any informality in or to accept any bid or to reject any and all bids or to award on any or all items as the interest of the Village may appear to require.
