Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Base Bid consists of an approximately 34,871 s.f. of asphalt parking lot, striping, signage, 2,860 s.f. of concrete sidewalk, and (1) storm structure. The work shall include earthwork, grading and drainage, erosion control, and all other appurtenances necessary for the completion of the proposed project. The project includes an Additive Alternate for an additional 14,703 s.f. of asphalt parking lot with associated striping, signage, grading, erosion control, etc. Question Deadline 06/14/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding instruments shall be submitted to the OWNER/ENGINEER in writing. Replies will be issued by addenda that are mailed or emailed to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER as having received the bidding instruments. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. All bidding prime contractors must be a Prequalified Contractor with the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
