Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services (hereinafter referred to in this Scope as CMAR) for the Lakewood Ranch Boulevard (from University Parkway to SR 70) roadway rebase and resurfacing (Project No.6102961). The intent of this solicitation is to select a firm to provide professional CMAR services as part of a team that includes County representatives and the County's selected design team. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the roadway by reconstructing the roadway base and asphalt surface courses. The project will also provide improvements for pedestrians through striping enhancements and sidewalk repairs.
