Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,000-square-foot municipal facility.

We are requesting roof construction to meet the following specs: Removal of the existing pea gravel and BUR (built up roofing). Installation of a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof membrane. In addition, any insulation that may be wet or damaged must be replaced. The roofing project would also include the installation of 1/2 inch high density wood fiber as a base layer for the new roof membrane. The square footage for the roof is just under 21,000 square feet. Contractors must be bonded, insured, and have a status of "in good standing" with the North Dakota Secretary of States office. According to state law a contractor must obtain a contractor's license for the full amount of the Bid within 20 days of the acceptance of the Bid, or the Bid will be rejected, and the contract awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. First District Health Unit reserves the right to hold all Bids for a period of 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, to reject any or all Bids and to rebid the project until a satisfactory Bid is received, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid. The Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractors license and bid security and must equal 5% of the Bid in the form of bidders bond. The project must be completed and invoiced on or before September 15, 2024.
