The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for HVAC UPGRADE including; - Replace the existing mechanical and electrical systems including mechanical ventilation units, primary electrical services. - Replace the fire alarm control panel. - Integrate the new HVAC systems into a new Building Automation System. - Replace the existing school pylon sign. Phase 1 - Summer 2024 - July 2-Aug 23, 2024. Phase 2 - Summer 2025 - July 2- August 22, 2025. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
