The City of Wellsburg is currently seeking bids for its asbestos abatement and demolition contract The Information for Bidders, Plans, Specifications, Drawings, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined in the office of the City Manager. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. This bid shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bidder must be licensed in accordance with all applicable state and municipal laws.
