Renovation of a municipal facility in Pleasanton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Tenant improvements to approximately 60,000 square feet of office space located at 5669 Gibraltar Drive in Pleasanton, California for Alameda County Child Support Services (ACCSS). Scope of work will focus on the replacement of the existing flooring. Contractor shall perform the flooring replacement and furnish the personnel, materials, and equipment to construct and replace the flooring to be phased on a section basis, as agreed with the ACCSS stakeholders and GSA. Estimated Date of Notice of Award July 23, 2024 Estimated Contract Duration August 1, 2024 Estimated Contract Duration Ends October 30, 2024 The time to complete this project is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing, including by e-mail, to County. Post Answers to Emailed Questions Provided by County 4:00pm, Monday, June 24, 2024. Bidders must submit with their Bids cash, a cashier's check or a certified check payable to County, or a Bid Bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of amount of base Bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the County awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
