Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project is anticipated to include some or all of the following items within its scope: (i) full rehabilitation of interior and exterior coating systems, including structural repairs and replacement of appurtenances for the existing Loop 337 0.5 MG steel ground storage tank, (ii) demolition of minor structures, (iii) site security fencing (iv) storm water pollution prevention plan, (v) site restoration, and (vi) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be located at 3083 TX-337 Loop, New Braunfels, Texas. The estimated maximum construction budget is approximately $881,000.00. This amount includes all incidental and contingent expenses associated with the construction of the Project. NBU has established a target commencement date for construction activities of the Project as October 1, 2024. The projected completion date is estimated to be one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. NBU reserves the right to phase the construction of the Project or modify the schedule as needed and determined by the NBU Board or staff due to modifications in scope. NBU shall accept requests for additional information or clarification concerning this RFP on or before 2:00 PM CST, June 20, 2024. NBU shall not answer any questions submitted after 2:00 PM CST, June 20, 2024. NBU shall have a reasonable amount of time to respond to questions or concerns regarding the RFP. NBU intends to respond to all questions; however, NBU reserves the right to decline to respond to a question or concern.
