This project will relocate eleven (11) fan coils in the Science and Engineering 1 building to allow for required clearance for future maintenance and replacement of equipment. The project will include modification to electrical, plumbing and mechanical as identified in the Drawings. This project will involve clear communication and shall be sequenced to minimize the disruption as much as possible.
