Amendment 0003 provides answers to timely PPIs missed due to government personnel changes. The government determined a 4 ton unit was oversized for this space and has been changed to a 2.5 ton unit. The planned electrical panel is full and requires use of a different electrical panel 60 feet away. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, this solicitation is issued to procure construction services to install one ductless split unit system located at Bldg. 82. The Contractor shall provide labor, material, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements of work: Install one (1) new 4 ton ductless split units system with 4 indoor units, install new air diffusers. The new ductless systems will supply conditioned air to the NCIS area of Bldg. 82. Remove two (2) existing portable air conditioners and return the windows to functional condition. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. Magnitude of the Requirement: Between $35,000 and $100,000 Question Deadline 08/16/2024 Offerors who determine that the technical and/or contractual requirements of this solicitation require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive technical proposal shall submit all questions in writing on a Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Form, Attachment 2.
