06/25/2024 12:00 PM (PDT) Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted online The contractor will provide on-call Alarm Systems Monitoring, Testing, and Maintenance Services as needed at City Facilities and furnish all labor, equipment, and supervision to perform Alarm Systems Monitoring, Testing, and Maintenance Services as described herein, including but not limited to the following: Inspections, Repairs, Servicing, Replacements and, Installations. The City reserves the right to revise or amend these specifications prior to the date set for opening proposals. Revisions and amendments will be identified by an addendum to this RFQ. If the revisions require additional time to enable vendors to respond, the City may postpone the opening date accordingly. In such case, the addendum will include an announcement of the new proposal submittal due date. The City of Torrance is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed Alarm Systems Monitoring, Testing, and Maintenance contractors interested in providing the City with on-call Alarm Systems Monitoring, Testing, and Maintenance Services for various City facilities. The successful contractor shall have the experience, qualifications, and ability to deliver the on-call services as needed and respond within one (1) hour with availability 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, for any emergency callouts. The contractor must provide a crew, including a vehicle and necessary equipment, to perform specified tasks. The contractor shall maintain and provide records and/or pictures of all repairs done at the direction of the City To be considered eligible for this RF submittal and for the duration of the contract term (if retained), the Contractor shall furnish and maintain a C-10 Electrical Contractor and a C-16 Fire Protection Contractor's license issued by the California State License Board.
