The Project includes the following Work: 1. Drilling of confirmation test holes to the Total Depth (TD) specified for each test hole, surface casing, logging and testing, and temporary plugging of the borehole. 2. Mobilization and site work, including Contractor access to each test hole site and site restoration. 3. All other miscellaneous requirements necessary for the completion of the Work. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to Summer 2024. The project has an expected duration of 45 calendar days for the completion of the base bid test holes. (CD-02, CD-04, and CD-05). Alternates: An additional Project duration of forty-five (45) Calendar Days for the completion of the alternate bid test holes (CD-08, CD-11, CD-12, and CD-06). Alternate item(s) shall be included as part of the total Bid amount. Unit prices shall be provided for all alternate bid items for review by the Owner and included in the total Contract amount.
