Renovation of an educational facility in Greenvale, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing beam fire proofing , scrape , clean and apply new fireproofing to existing beams. Budget: 305,884.00 Certified check or Bid Bond in the amount totaling 10% of the base bid. A Performance and Payment bond will be required for the work. Each shall be in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. Refer to Article 11 of the General Conditions for requirements associated with such bonds.
