The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Engineering Services for Water and Wastewater Regulatory Support. Consultant shall provide regulatory support for compliance to local, state, and federal requirements and regulations on an on-call basis for specific projects. Services shall consist of: TPDES; WET Testing; MSGP; SWPPP; SPCC; compliance with SB3 related to Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPPs), meetings and coordination with TCEQ, EPA, and other regulatory agencies; and other regulatory items related to the management, treatment, and distribution of groundwater, surface water, wastewater, and reclaimed water. All questions/inquiries shall be entered into the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System.
