Renovation of an educational facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Summit Educational Service Center Roof Repair Project (Roof Sections D & E) Construction Estimate: $65,336 Bids must contain the name of every person interested therein and must be accompanied by a (I) bid bond in the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates), or (II) certified check, cashier's check, money order, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bid Bonds and other acceptable submissions guarantee that if awarded the contract by the Governing Board of Summit Educational Service Center, the successful bidder will enter into a proper contract with Summit Educational Service Center and will furnish a performance bond for the contract prior to starting the work. All such bonds, certified checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and letters of credit shall be drawn on a solvent financial institution doing business in the state of Ohio and shall be payable to Summit Educational Service Center. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any and or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law. The Governing Board expects all bidders to be in full compliance with applicable statutory requirements relating to the licensing of corporations organized under the laws of any other state, the certification of personal property taxes owed to the State of Ohio, and Equal Employment Opportunity. Any proposed Equal or Substitute for a Standard specified in the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Taylor Consulting Group, LLC prior to the bid opening. If the proposal is acceptable, an Addendum will be issued to all Bidders prior to the bid opening.
