Construction of a District-Wide CTE Center. The anticipated budget for this project is estimated at $ 15,000,000. Pflugerville I.S.D. reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all Proposals. Construction Begins Package One: November 21, 2024 Package Two: November 2025 o Substantial Completion Package One: September 24, 2025 Package Two: September 2026 6/4, 6/10/24 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 2269, it is the intention of the Pflugerville Independent School District (the District) to select a Construction Manager-at-Risk through a one-step proposal process for the purpose of completing the interior renovations of a the PfISD Curriculum & Technology Building. Persons or entities submitting proposals are referred to herein as proposer(s). The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. 2. The scope of this project includes the renovations of approximately 48,000 square foot Curriculum & Technology Center to be located at 1601 W. Pecan St., Pflugerville, TX 78660. 3. The preliminary construction budget for this project is $15,000,000. The actual budget may increase, depending upon Alternate Pricing and funding availability. 4. PfISD intends to complete this project in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of internal, HVAC, and roofing renovations. Phase 2 will include exterior renovations and a possible expansion of the warehouse area behind the main building. 5. Proposals are to include the information requested in the Proposal Instructions section of this Request for Proposals in the sequence and format prescribed. In addition to, and separate from the requested information, proposer(s) may provide supplementary materials further describing their capabilities and experience. 6. All changes and/or additions shall be posted by written addendum and shall become a part of the proposer's official proposal. 7.
