Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District is requesting bids from interested and qualified vendors to be provided in accordance with the specifications established within this solicitation. The undersigned agrees, if this bid is accepted, to furnish any and all times upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period for acceptance will be based on one year term and following school board approval. The Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax. Therefore, tax must not be included in this bid. The Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities, and to award bids in the best interest of the district.

Please note there is no vendor fee to use this service. Bids will remain sealed until the due date and time. Contents of bids will remain confidential during the negotiations period.
