Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of an 816 SF potable water booster pump station building to house three (3) Line Shaft Vertical Turbine Canned Pumps. Scope of work includes site clearing, earth moving, grading, backfill, soil nail shoring wall, reinforced concrete retaining wall, reinforced concrete masonry building, concrete flatwork, electrical, HVAC, water main installation, pump and piping installation, below-grade vault installation, asphalt concrete pavement, fencing, landscaping, equip three (3) pressure regulating stations. The Engineer's estimate is: $2,746,800 - $3,357,200 This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. Each Bidder's proposal must be accompanied by a copy of a cashier's check made payable to TMWA or Bid Bond acceptable to TMWA in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bidder's base Bid Proposal. The original cashier's check or Bid Bond must be received by TMWA within 7 calendar days of bid closing Bid security shall be payable without condition to TMWA as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute the contract in accordance with the Bid Proposal and in the manner and form required by the Contact Documents, and will furnish the required performance and payment Bonds.
