The undersigned party confirms that it agrees to be a party to and be bound by the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) Project Labor Agreement executed on the 25 th of August 2020 (PLA, or AGREEMENT) with the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York (BCTC). The terms of the Project Labor Agreement, its Schedules, Addenda and Exhibits are hereby incorporated by reference herein. Question Deadline 06/11/2024 All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed to rfisca@nycsca.org, in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled Performance Period: 720 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form (Appendix A).
