Reference number : 1856554 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-06-14 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 8 The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF), through the Direction générale de la Côte-Nord, wishes to award a contract for the completion of a phase II environmental site characterization study and an archaeological potential study on a property located on public land under its responsibility. The site has been listed as a contaminated site liability of the MRNF since 2015. This contract begins on the date of signature of the contract and ends on February 28, 2025. The work covered by this contract will take place from the date of signature of the contract and must be completed no later than December 1, 2024. The submission must be submitted by a service provider having, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government agreements, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours . The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, particularly when it judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
