A payment and performance bond is required in the amount of 100% of your bid amount. We encourage certified MBE, WBE and LBE participation on the project. The participation goals established by the Friends of the Zoo (FOTZ) are defined as MBE15%, WBE 15%. There is not a specific requirement for this scope of work, but the Diversity Plan is an important aspect of the overall project, and this is a significant scope of work for the project.
