Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) The Contractor agrees to supply equipment with snowclearing attachments satisfactory to the Town of Port Saunders for the life of this contract which is a period of five (5) years. The Council work must receive first priority before any other work is done by the Contractor. The Contractor shall follow a priorities list that was completed by Council, for the purpose of snowclearing roads within the town. The dates of this Contract shall be from and including the 1st day of December, 2024 to March 31, 2029.
