Renovation of a parking garage in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Repair and Restoration for 940 West Linden Parking Garage Concrete repairs, waterproofing repairs/replacement and other Work indicated in the Bidding Documents. The successful bidder must post a bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the base bid, performance and payment bond in the sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price, and a maintenance bond in the amount of 15% of the total amount of the award and with a bonding company acceptable to the Allentown Parking Authority, upon execution of the contract for the project. The Allentown Parking Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Contractors who have met the following requirements shall be considered a qualified bidder for this project: Qualified bidders should have a minimum of five (5) parking structure restoration projects with a minimum of over $500,000 project cost performed in the last five (5) years. Qualified bidders shall include a written document referencing project qualification information including but not limited to scope of projects, client information, project cost, reference, etc. Qualified bidders should have served as prime contractor and self-performed concrete restoration and waterproofing repairs/replacements at the five (5) referenced projects. A minimum of three (3) referenced projects performed must include prestressing strand repairs that were selfperformed or completed by qualified subcontractor.Repair and Restoration for 940 West Linden Parking Garage Concrete repairs, waterproofing repairs/replacement and other Work indicated in the Bidding Documents.
