Full field inspection and turf cleaning performed by certified maintenance technicians. Full field vacuum and debris removal. Light field de-compaction. Field grooming to level out infill across the playing surface. Magnetic metallic objects removal. Field disinfectant application. Minor repairs under 1 sq ft performed as needed. This included gluing unattached sections of turf, stretching turf when necessary, and all minor repairs. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools materials, and equipment to maintain the grounds areas on the UL Block. Work includes grass cutting, edging, weed control, blowing of debris, cleaning of driveway and walkways, picking up leaves, and applying herbicides. Please refer to the Pest Eradication section (4) for the application of pesticides. Debris clearing as should be included in the price of all services. The University reserves the right to change the frequency for grass cutting, edging, and weed control prior to the beginning of any month. Any changes will be communicated to the contractor's representative prior to the beginning of the month effected. Contractor will not be responsible for debris clearing following named storms or natural disasters The price for grass cutting should be included in the combined monthly price. Price should reflect 0-1 visit per week not to exceed 52 weeks. Only billable after full services are rendered. The duration of this Contract commences from the date specified herein or date of award notification and continue until University accepts final delivery of all deliverables.
