Larimer County government is assisting Homeward Alliance by publishing this RFP and helping with certain procedural steps associated with the RFP. The merits of all proposals will be solely evaluated by Homeward Alliance. Any contract negotiations, the development and execution of any contract documents, and the performance of the contract shall also be handled exclusively by Homeward Alliance.
