Description

Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 576-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

Construction of 24' x 24' Garage to be located behind West Hants Sports Complex, 16 Centennial Drive, Windsor, NS. The garage shall be built as per the owners provided specs and built as per the Nova Scotia Building Code and Regulations. All electrical and related electrical inspections will be handled by a sub-contractor separate from the specs in this tender. Question Deadline 06/13/2024 Notify the Municipality not less than five (5) working days before bid closing of omissions, errors, questions, or ambiguities found in the contract documents. If the Municipality determines a correction, explanation, or interpretation is necessary; a written addendum will be issued. All addenda will form part of the contract documents.
