As of July 12, 2024, project was awarded to Top Line Construction, awarded amount is $259,947.91. Sealed bids for the above named Contract, which comprises the installation of approximately 11,350 s.y. HMA Milling, 2"; 2,500 s.y. HMA Milling, 5"; 1,400 tons HMA 9.5M-64 Surface Course; 750 tons HMA 19M-64 Base Course; and other incidental work appurtenant thereto. The Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at the Township Administrators Office, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bids must be submitted in triplicate, two hard copies on the proposal forms contained in the bid package and one copy scanned as a PDF file submitted on CD. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project. This information must be on the outside of the envelope and addressed to the Administrator. If the bid is sent by overnight mail, the above designation SHALL also appear on the outside of the courier envelope. The above designation shall also be written on the CD. Any proposal received not complying with these requirements SHALL not be opened and returned to sender marked "Unresponsive". Copies of the plans and specifications and all other pertinent contract documents are on file in the offices of the Municipal Engineer, Van Cleef Engineering Associates, 1128 Route 31, Lebanon, New Jersey. Copies of said plans and specifications may be obtained upon payment of the sum called for in the Advertisement. Plans will be mailed, on request, at the expense of the prospective bidder. Any request for such interpretation shall be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the day fixed for the opening of bids.
