Construction of a park west of Glenanna Rd. including a public art plaza, amenity building, summer mist water feature/winter skate rink, winter skate trail/summer walking trail & winding pathways. TIMELINE: Design concept approved by council. Detailed design has been approved to move forward. Subject to 2027 budget approval, the project is anticipated to be tendered in spring 2027, with construction expected to begin in summer 2027. Construction of the park features is expected to take approximately 12 months. Updates may be available early 2027. *The estimated total project cost, including design, construction, furniture, and fixtures, is $15 million.
