Renovation of a municipal facility in Noblesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Noblesville City Hall Controls Upgrade. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the City Hall Council Chambers, 16 S. 10th St. Noblesville, IN 46060 Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. Bid shall be submitted according to the Instructions to Bidders and properly executed. Each bid of at least $150,000 must be accompanied by the Contractor's written plan for a program to test the contractor's employees for drugs in accordance with Indiana Code – IC 4-13-18. Each bid of at least $200,000 or more must be accompanied by a Contractor's Bid Bond or certified check made payable to Noblesville City Hall in an amount equal to 10% of total of the base bid and any alternate bids. Each bid of at least $200,000 or more shall include costs to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. Upon notification to the successful bidder, no contract shall be valid until receipt of bond, if so required.The instructions to Bidders contained in the specifications are by this reference made a part hereof, and all bidders shall be deemed advised of the provisions thereof, and of the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans, and drawings for the project. A pre-bid meeting for interested parties will be held on October 22nd, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. EST
