The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The principal components of work include removal of three (3) power circuit breakers two (2) oil and one (1) SF6 gas, four (4) disconnecting switches, one (1) disconnection switch with ground blades and one (1) coupling capacitor voltage transformer and its associated structure, and four (4) existing control relay panels AND installation of two (2) SF6 gas power circuit breakers, three (3) side-break disconnecting switches, cable trench, cable entry box, cable ladder and new penetration into service building, service building cable tray, three (3) control relay panels, and associated electrical equipment, site development and control building modification for Heart Mountain Breaker and Switch Replacement. The project location is in Cody Wyoming, and the anticipated period of performance is 550 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. FAR Part 14 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $45.0M.
