Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Cairo, New York. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The city is working with a buyer and is not planning to move forward with this project at this time. The Town of Cairo is accepting bids for the demolition of real property located at 460 Main Street, Cairo, NY. The bid must include an estimate for an asbestos abatement, demolition of the building, coordination with Greene County DPW for removal of debris and securing the site following demolition.
